TRAINING-FOCUSED PLAN

Training could be the foundational key to your goals. How come? It’s often the most rewarding, enjoyable and uplifting way to make giant leaps forwards – even if your primary goal is to lose body fat or ‘get leaner’.

Moving better, reducing pain (if any), increasing strength & mobility are awesome motivators – right down to a hormonal level. When you start to see and feel progression in your training, you’ll then naturally step up or introduce small nutritional changes that would have been demotivating and overwhelming at the start of your journey.

My experience of coaching in-person and online over the last 35 years has shown that the initial ‘training-focused’ approach delivers a frictionless foundation of health from which to stack the other key elements such as nutrition and habit change over time, without implementing lots of changes at once.

Spend the day with me – in-person, and we’ll cover all the unique aspects of your health from; training, nutrition, chronic pain, behaviour change coaching.

If needed and beneficial, I can help you plan and create your own innovative home gym/studio to reduce the time invested in pursuing your goals without impacting your busy lifestyle. Anything is possible.

I can travel to you (worldwide travel possible with prior notice), or you can travel to me (based in Greater London).

Whilst health & fitness continues to move online, in-person, one-on-one sessions become increasingly more valuable. An initial day spent with me can drastically speed up and improve your results long-term – especially if we then continue your coaching experience online.

I’ve conducted hundreds of immersive coaching experiences in my career, and they continue to be one of the most rewarding and successful experiences for both professional and client.
